Once we’ve reviewed your goals and presented our recommendations, we’ll send over a tailored proposal and service agreement for the first month of your subscription. Upon approval, onboarding will begin immediately.

Monthly Management
Our monthly management service covers everything needed to keep your advertising campaigns performing at a high level. This includes strategy, ongoing optimisation, campaign updates, performance reporting, and expert support.
We proactively manage your account to ensure your budget is being spent efficiently and your goals are being met. Whether you’re running Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other platforms, we manage all aspects of the campaign from start to finish.
Do I need to sign a contract?
Yes, we provide a simple agreement that outlines our terms of service, confidentiality, and GDPR compliance.
However, we don’t lock you into long-term contracts. We operate on a flexible, rolling 30-day subscription model, so you can pause or cancel with notice at any time.
Our goal is to build long-term partnerships based on results—not obligation. That said, we recommend a minimum 3-month commitment to allow time for data collection, optimisation, and meaningful performance improvement
Do I Need to Sign a Contract?
Yes. This agreement covers our terms of service and privacy confidentiality, such as GDPR regulations.
However, we do not insist on long-term contracts. Instead, we operate a rolling 30-day subscription.
Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?
No. We believe in transparent, fixed pricing. Our fees are based on the time and expertise required—not your ad budget. This ensures we stay focused on performance, not spend.
Monthly Subscription Hours
We offer flexible monthly support based on allocated hours. This structure allows us to deliver exactly what you need—whether that’s ad creation, campaign strategy, reporting, tracking setup, or account optimisation.
Your hours can be used across services, giving you the freedom to adapt each month as your needs evolve. If you need additional time in any month, we’ll let you know in advance.
How do I pay?
We accept payment via:
- Direct Debit subscription
- Online card payment
- Bank transfer
Invoices are issued monthly, seven days prior to the renewal date. The initial invoice must be settled before starting. All subsequent invoices will be sent seven days before each monthly renewal.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes. Our plans are designed to be flexible. You can adjust your level of support each month to reflect your current goals and workload. If we believe a higher or lower plan would offer better value, we’ll let you know.
You’re also free to add new services—such as LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, or landing page optimisation—if you’d like to expand beyond your current scope

We begin with a live 1-to-1 screen share audit, allowing for real-time discussion, clarification, and immediate insights—this format is preferred by most clients.
Following the session, we provide a written report summarising key findings, recommendations, and clear next steps tailored to your goals.
How long does the audit process take?
Most audits are completed within 3 working days from the point we receive access to your ad account(s). The live screen share session is scheduled before the analysis is complete, followed by delivery of the written report shortly thereafter. Timelines may vary slightly depending on the complexity of your account.

Yes. In addition to Google Ads, we also offer audits for:

Who is eligible for a free audit?
To qualify, your business must meet the following criteria:
Lifetime Google Ads spend of £2,000 or more
Located in the UK, EU, or US
You must be an authorised decision-maker at the business (not an agency or freelancer)
A business email address is required (no Gmail, Yahoo, etc.)
We do not provide audits for competing marketing or web design agencies
Do I need to provide account access?
Yes. We’ll request temporary partner access to your Google Ads account (and others, if relevant). This allows us to conduct a detailed and accurate performance review. Full guidance is provided.
Is the audit truly free and without obligation?
Yes—100% free, with no obligation to proceed. The audit is designed to deliver value upfront, and many businesses choose to proceed once they see the insights we uncover.
What happens after the audit?
You’ll receive a proposal outlining our recommendations and pricing. If you’re happy to proceed, we’ll move into onboarding and campaign management. The decision is entirely up to you.

We primarily work with clients in the UK, but we also have experience managing campaigns across the EU and the US. Our services are fully remote, and we can invoice in your local currency at the equivalent hourly rate.

Reporting & Communication
We communicate by email, scheduled phone calls and screen shares. We also provide summary and detailed reporting using tools such as Google Data Studio.
Do you offer Whitelabel Services?
No, we do not offer white label services, and therefore do not work with other digital marketing agencies or competitors.
