  • Pay invoices on time (see section 6)

  • Slack or WhatsApp for time-sensitive updates (on request)

We are always open to feedback and work collaboratively to keep your campaigns aligned with your evolving business needs.

We treat your business and data with full confidentiality. All proprietary information and campaign data are kept secure and will not be disclosed to third parties. We are fully GDPR compliant and will happily sign a Mutual NDA if required.

By proceeding with payment of the first invoice, you agree to the terms outlined above. This agreement renews automatically each calendar month unless paused or cancelled by either party with notice.

  • Our standard rate is £90 per hour + VAT, charged monthly in advance.
  • Invoices are issued 7 days before the new billing month begins.
  • The first invoice is due upon acceptance of this agreement.
  • Failure to pay on time may result in paused services until payment is received.
  • We offer an automatic direct debit renewal or accept bank transfers.
