One PPC shall deliver LinkedIn Ads management services as a rolling month-to-month subscription contract. No long-term contract is required, but we can provide this if you prefer.

To achieve this goal, we ask that you provide us with the necessary information pertaining to your website and cooperate with us in expediting the work. Your active participation and cooperation will help us to provide you with the best possible service and ensure that we meet your expectations.

Payment is due monthly in advance of each month’s service. Terms of payment cover the billing schedule and client agreement to pay.

A positive working relationship is always best maintained via a mutual understanding of our responsibility to keep the project moving forward efficiently and yours of regular payment as per the agreed payment schedule. 

Payment is made monthly in advance, as part of the rolling month-to-month subscription contract. 

At One PPC, we believe in clear and concise payment terms that are easy to understand and manage. To ensure a smooth payment process, we require payment of our initial (1st) invoice upon receipt, which will act as payment for month one.

Before each monthly renewal date, we will send you an invoice for the upcoming month’s service, which will have a payment due date of 7 days. We believe that this timeline gives you adequate time to make payments in a timely and consistent manner, while also allowing us to continue providing you with uninterrupted service.

If payment is not received within the 7-day payment term, we reserve the right to stop work until payment is received. However, we will work with you to find a solution that meets your needs and helps you get back on track with your payments.

We believe that clear and concise payment terms are an important part of this commitment, and we strive to make the payment process as easy and straightforward as possible. At One PPC, we understand that circumstances may arise that make it necessary for you to pause or cancel your subscription services. We want to make the process as easy and straightforward as possible, which is why we offer you the right to pause or cancel your subscription services at any time.

If you do decide to pause or cancel your subscription services, we do require confirmation at least 7 working days before the next month’s renewal date. This advance notice allows us to adjust our resources and make the necessary arrangements to ensure a smooth and seamless transition.

We value our partnership with you and want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our services. If you do decide to pause or cancel your subscription services, we will work with you to make the process as smooth and hassle-free as possible. We will provide you with any information or assistance you need to ensure a successful transition.

One PPC acknowledges its responsibility, both during and after the term of its appointment, to use all reasonable efforts to preserve the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information or data developed by One PPC on behalf of {client_name} or disclosed by {client_name} to One PPC
